Like I have said I will enjoy the new carving with power but will always return to my roots of carving. I recently got out a piece I had cut the pattern out and was just waiting for attention, well it finally got his wish and this is what has become of that little piece of wood. I will in the next few days put together a little bit explaining how I approach doing some of my ornaments in set up, but that is for another day. I like this one although I still have some clean up to do on him but at least you can get the idea.
